On Saturday I met up with Ray and Stephanie to shoot their engagement session at the Scott Arboretum. Stephanie found a few options for locations that were said to have great foliage in the Fall, we decided on the arboretum of Swarthmore, and it did not disappoint! What a beautiful campus filled with great spots for photos.

I was also glad to hear that this is a place where these two have spent time together. Every year they get a seat on campus for the July 4th fireworks show. Ray, as a member of the Swarthmore Fire Company, is there every year making sure everyone stays safe during the event.

This was my first trip to the Scott Arboretum! I am always open to new places and enjoy the challenge of finding spots that lend themselves well (within the lighting at that given moment) to portraits for my clients.
