As I mentioned in a previous post, who doesn’t love a Fall wedding? Last weekend, the colors were continuing to get more and more beautiful for Scott and Yuliya’s day. Like so many 2020 couples, they decided to postpone their large wedding celebration (with Whist Weddings at the Tilton Mansion) until next Fall. However, Scott and Yuliya still wanted to get married as planned this year. They reserved the Mount Pleasant Meeting House (in Bellevue State Park) and had an intimate ceremony with immediate family.

Yuliya wore a Ukrainian dress to honor her ethnic heritage. She also wore a traditional headdress, (beautiful flowers and ribbons) and red boots. I love how very colorful she was! Yuliya explained that traditionally in Ukraine, each different ribbon color is meant to symbolize something. Things like truth, beauty, youth, health, etc.

After the ceremony, I took Scott and Yuliya to the historic parsonage next door for a few fun photos. Next, we went deeper into Bellevue park where the colors were GORGEOUS. What a bright, colorful Fall wedding day! Congratulations, Scott and Yuliya – it was a pleasure!
