A Snowy Styled Shoot?

One week ago Kelly Barb, owner of Prancing Deer Farm, reached out to ask me if I was up for a styled snowy wedding shoot. That was a Saturday, and lots of snow was forecasted from Sunday-Tuesday. Obviously, my response was a no-brainer – YES!!! Back in the Fall, Kelly and I imagined briefly how much fun it would be to do a Prancing Deer Farm wedding session in the snow. Clearly, it’s a difficult thing to plan – you never know when snow will come! (Or IF it will come. Last year I had great plans for snow and we got absolutely nothing!).

Hit the Ground Running

At this time, we had only about 3 full days to get this little session together. Amazingly, others were up for joining in and not phased by the short time that we had to put it together. I can’t tell you how great these vedors are, (see list below) and how encouraged I was at their eagerness to pitch in and be a part of this. And finally, our models! I photographed Caleb & Emily’s wedding in December. I’m so very thankful to these newly weds for their willingness and excitement to join us and model for us!
